Database2Sharp is an extremely convenient development tool written in Microsoft .NET(C#). Database2Sharp is a database development tool based on the language of C#. Database2Sharp can generate the necessary development code based on SqlServer, Oracle and Microsoft Access database, such as store procedure code, entity and entity manager class code. Database2Sharp uses the Data Access Application Block of Microsoft Enterprise Library2005(v1.0) as the data access layer(DAL). Those codes Database2Sharp generated realize the basic operations to tables. They include the operations of Select, Update, Delete, Insert, Exist and MaxID. Database2Sharp has the convenient and friendly user interface. User can view all the information about tables, views, store procedures in the database and so on.
Database2Sharp provides two types to generate the entity manager class code(C# language) for SqlServer and Oracle database: sql text and stored procedure. And for Microsoft Access database, Database2Sharp can also generate the same code with sql text type. Database2Sharp provides 5 demo projects using itself to generate the source code. The demos include two SqlServer project, two Oracle project and one Access project.
