HtmCompiler is a very powerful HTML compiler. It transforms a group of HTML pages (including Media files and graphics files) into a single executable file or a compressed package (hte format file). The executable file is a standalone entity with minimum executable head (only 103KB). It requires nothing else to enable end-user to run it, and the hte package must be opened with integrated browser of the program. The HTML files and Media files are highly compressed with using the ZIP algorithm to give the smallest possible output file.
