What is NewsAgent?
NewsAgent is a software product which can provide the user with the latest news and information related to preferences set by the user. NewsAgent is an automated search tool with an internal browser. The user of the application will be able to choose the type of news that will be downloaded from the Internet, e.g. stock courses, economy news, sport events. In this way you can save time not having to search for news or information by your self.
This is accomplished by choosing web addresses and key words. There are different categories to help you organize the web addresses and key words that you choose to add. There are no restrictions on what addresses and key words you would like to add, because there are no predefined web sites you have to choose from.
When the search has finished, all web addresses that contained the given key words will appear in a tree structure. You can then click on a site's address and it will show in the internal browser.
