The Address Manager enables you to store your business and personal names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, websites, memos and anniversaries for a contact and to group these records in any category you desire, contacts can also be added to several groups. It has seventeen (17) search and ten (10) sort options.
The Address Manager will enable you to create a merge document with all or selected contacts which can be either be printed or email.
Anniversary dates for each contact will start reminding you at a preset day prior to that event. You will also be able to search for anniversary dates by month or day. There is also a calendar and to do list where you can enter all your daily activities and be reminded at the preset time. Records can be marked for printing or deleting.
The Address Manager allows you to print your records with or without company logo and return address with barcode for all US cities to any size envelope or popular Avery label size. It also has the ability to print detailed customized reports, store a memo on each record, automatically detect your modem and dial any voice phone number in your record. It has eight (8) speed dial buttons and a dial pad for manually dialing numbers. It will automatically connect to your default email program for sending mail or your default browser for your URL addresses.
You can check the weather report for all of the USA by cities or zip and most of the major international cities including the Caribbean islands. The program can also be password protected from prying eyes.
The Address Manager can be enabled or disabled to start when system booth up. It stores over 250 cities, 300 States/Provinces and Countries. Automatic checking for updates
The Address Manager also allows you to Compact, Backup and Restore your database. You may also Import/Export comma delimited text file to your tables. When adding or editing your records, all first letters in every field go to uppercase which can be disabled. If the company field is blank then it skips to the address 1 field. The same applies for address 1 field. If that field is blank, the cursor then goes to the email field. When you edit a field in the personal table and change to business table, if that person's name exists in both tables, the Address Manager will move to that name in the new table.
You will also find the keypad is an easy and fast way to access your records simply by pressing a letter on the keypad. This will move to the first record starting with that letter and every subsequent press of the key will move to the next record starting with the same letter until no match is found. You can also move to next, previous, first or last record by the press of a button. Record numbering keeps track of record position and total records in the database.
