Film Tracker will help you organize all your movies with over 18 different fields including Title, Category, three different Actor Fields, Review, Length, Value, Copyright Date, Director, Producer, Condition, Location, and Rating. Also included, are two custom fields that you can use for whatever information you like. The librarian fields 'Lent to' and 'Date Lent' will help you keep track of who has borrowed your movies.
Film Tracker has a simple, easy-to-use interface that not only makes it easy to enter information, but also makes it easy to browse, sort, and print reports on the information you have entered. There is a section to enter your own review of the film as well as one to enter the cast or other people who played a key role in making the film. Another nice feature is the 'Find' button, which enables you to search for information as your database of movies grows.
CHANGES TO v2.1:
1) Custom fields - You can now change the labels on all of the fields to reflect field names that you desire.
2) Custom print outs - You can generate a custom report that includes the fields of you choice and sorts on the field of your choice.
3) Graphic Field - There is an additional field for a graphic file.
4) Import/exporting of files - You can convert to a .csv or from a .csv file. This allows the use of other database and spreadsheet programs.
5) Additional reports - new reports have been added including a single page report for just one record and a values report that total the value of your collection.
6) Total number of movies is now shown on the main screen.
